Why Stay at the Hyatt Regency?
We encourage you to stay at the Hyatt Regency and identify yourself as an IEEE Security & Privacy attendee when making your reservation. In addition to convenience, your patronage allows us to negotiate lower food and beverage and other costs and results in reduced registration fees for all attendees. Moreover, some participants prefer to stay at the conference hotel to avoid walking outside in the evening since the safety of the surrounding area has recently degraded.
We are offering a $100 conference registration discount to the participants staying at the conference hotel. To receive the discount, hotel booking information in the reserved room block needs to be available at the registration time.

Mother’s Room
S&P is pleased to offer a Mothers’ Room for nursing women at SP’25. The room will offer privacy via keyed access, seating, and electrical outlets for your pump. Please stop at the Registration Desk onsite for more information or email ieeesp@executivevents.com ahead of time with any questions.
Community Table
You can pick up information on products, services, and special offers from the literature tables in the registration area Please leave any materials you wish to share with attendees with registration staff and we will put them out for you on the community table. If you would like to ship materials to provide at our community table, please contact ieeesp@executivevents.com to confirm appropriateness and our shipping information.
Air Travel
The closest airport to the Hyatt Regency is San Francisco International Airport (SFO). The Hyatt Regency provides travel information for SFO covering airport shuttles, taxis, rental cars, driving directions, and parking.
Though further away, San Jose International Airport (SJC) is also an option. Rental cars are available, and travel time via train is approximately 2 hours.

A parking garage is located underneath the hotel and is valet only. Valet parking for overnight guests is on a space available basis.
