Traveling to France may require a visa. In most cases, you should apply for a short-stay “Schengen” visa. There are several cases of visa exemption:
Nationals from European Union, European Economic Area, or Switzerland.
Nationals of one of the following countries: Albania (biometric passports only), Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, Bosnia and Herzegovin (biometric passports only), Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominica, El Salvador, East Timor, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM), Grenada, Guatemala, Holy See, Honduras, Israel, Malaysia, Mauritius, Monaco, Montenegro (biometric passports only), Nicaragua, New Zealand, Palau, Panama, Paraguay, Saint Kitts and Nevis, San Marino, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Saint Lucia, Samoa, Serbia*, Seychelles, Taiwan (passport bearing identity card number), Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, and Vanuatu.
Gainfully employed nationals of the following countries: Australia, Brazil, United States, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Venezuela (a work permit will be requested).
Bearers of passports of the Hong Kong special administrative region (People’s Republic of China) and the Macau special administrative region (People’s Republic of China).
Holders of a valid “Schengen” visa issued by France or another Schengen State. A Schengen visa (issued by a consulate or embassy of a Schengen State) is valid for all 26 States of the Schengen Area (including the European territory of France), unless it is marked otherwise on the visa sticker.
Processing times for visa applications vary according to the nationality of the applicant and local conditions of the issuing department. Please consult your consular website and plan your travels in advance.
Applying for a short-term visa incurs a non-refundable application fee of 60€.

The EuroS&P organizers cannot issue formal invitation letters for visas to attend the conference. We can however issue a visa support letter.
Before requesting a visa support letter, you must register and pay for the conference or the affilated events. After registering and paying, you can demand a visa support letter by filling in the following request form.
