MAY 20-22, 2019 AT THE HYATT REGENCY, SAN FRANCISCO, CA
40th IEEE Symposium on
Security and Privacy
The organizing committee cordially invites your company to join other industry leaders to become a donor to the 40th IEEE Symposium on Security and Privacy (a.k.a., the “Oakland” conference), to be held May 20-22, 2019 at The Hyatt Regency, San Francisco, CA (https://ieee-security.org/TC/SP2019). The Security and Privacy Workshops will be held on May 23, 2019 at the same venue.
Since its inception in 1980, the IEEE Symposium on Security and Privacy has been a premier conference in the cyber security community that annually attracts an international group of researchers, developers, practitioners and others interested in the latest advances in computer security and privacy.
The IEEE Symposium on Security and Privacy welcomes corporate donations to help maintain and improve the quality of the overall symposium. Your support allows us to reduce the costs of student registration fees and travel costs, and as a result to bring highly qualified student attendees. The donation will also help support activities such as the poster session, break, and other social events, which enhances the symposium for all participants.
The IEEE Symposium on Security and Privacy presents an excellent opportunity for donors to expose your company's brand, logo, and messages to the world's leading security researchers, practitioners, decision makers, and potential future employees. Academic institutions and students are strongly represented, and many leaders from industry and government agencies will attend in search of security-related technologies and services. Donating to the IEEE Symposium is a great way to reach people who think deeply and in a sustained way about computer security and privacy. If you or your company benefit from research in security and privacy, please consider supporting the Symposium!
We are pleased to offer benefits to our donors, and provide several donation levels for your considerations. Please contact the Donations Chair Rakesh Bobba, at sp19-donations@ieee-security.org for more information on how your institution can participate, and with any questions or particular requests you may have (e.g., how a portion of your donation can be set aside for student support).
