Hotel Information

The workshops will be held at the Westin St. Francis, at Union Square in San Francisco, CA.

A room block has been set aside for Symposium attendees at the Westin St. Francis (SOLD OUT) and at the Westin San Francisco Airport. For directions to and from the hotels see the travel page.

Westin San Francisco Airport

Rooms at the Westin San Francisco Airport are offered at the rate of $179.00 per night, not including the sales/room tax, currently at 15.58%. This discounted rate is valid until April 27, 2012. The hotel will offer complimentary unlimited access to the Health Club and wireless internet access in guest rooms. Please note that rooms are on limited availability, on a first-come, first-served basis. Please visit this page for reservations.

There will be a complimentary shuttle from the Westin San Francisco Airport to the conference. The trip is approximately 30 minutes and the shuttle schedule is forthcoming. Public transit is also available and takes approximately 50 minutes. There is also a free shuttle to and from the San Francisco Airport.

Parking available on-site, with in and out privileges. Rates: $20 + tax per night per car.
