 Hotel Information The conference will be held at the Westin St. Francis in Union Square in San Francisco, CA. A room block has been set aside for Symposium attendees at the conference hotel (reservation link). Furthermore, we have reserved a small additional block at the Westin San Francisco Airport (reservation link). For directions to and from the hotels please see the travel page. Westin St. FrancisRooms at the Westin St. Francis are offered at the rate of $269.00 per night, not including the sales/room tax, currently at 15.58%. The hotel will offer complimentary access to wireless Internet in guest rooms and its Health Club. Please note that rooms are limited availability, on a first-come, first-served basis. Click here to reserve a room. Garage Parking is available on-site, with in and out privileges. Rates: $50 + tax per night per car, $57 + tax per night for oversized vehicles. November 13, 2012 The Symposium will again include a poster session. We'll start accepting submissions in March.
Deadline Extended
November 5, 2012 We have extended the deadline to 11/16 due to Hurricane Sandy, which left many in the northeastern region of the US without power.
