The Association for Computing Machinery's Publications Board has approved a new Transactions on Information and Systems Security, (TISSEC), according to the ACM Membernet newsletter. The ACM plans to publish the first issue of the new journal in January, 1998. Ravi Sandhu will serve as the publication's editor; the editorial board has not yet been announced.
