Call for Papers CFP: Hardware Oriented Security and Trust
http://www.hostsymposium.org/
The IEEE International Symposium on Hardware Oriented Security and
Trust (HOST) - the premier event aiming to facilitate the rapid growth
of hardware security research and development - has opened its call
for contributions. The 18th annual HOST will be held May 5-8, 2025 in
San Jose, California, the capital of Silicon Valley. HOST 2025 invites
original contributions in all areas of overlap between hardware and
security, including but not limited to the following:

Computer-aided Design (CAD) for Hardware Security Verification
e.g., automatic techniques and metrics for life cycle security
        management and detecting security vulnerabilities.

Hardware Security Primitives e.g., PUFs, TRNGs, cryptography,
        post-quantum cryptography, odometers.

Hardware Attack and Defense e.g., hardware Trojans, fault
        injection, side-channels, hardware reverse engineering,
        hardware obfuscation.

Architecture Security e.g., architectural side-channels, trusted
execution environment, FPGA and reconfigurable fabric
        security.

System security e.g., machine learning security, SoC/IP security,
CPS/IoT security, sensor network security, smart grid
        security, cloud security.

Emerging Security and Privacy Threats and Solutions e.g.,
        privacy-enhancing architecture, blockchain, cryptocurrency
security, and other hardware/system security topics.

Paper Submission

HOST 2025 has two submission windows. Please submit your paper at
https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=host2025. The page limit for
submitted papers is 10 pages (excluding references), in double column,
IEEE format, with a minimum font size of 10 points. Paper templates
are available at
https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Only work
that has not been previously published at the time of the submission
will be considered. Duplicate submissions to concurrent
conferences/journals are not permissible, and if encountered will be
rejected and reported to IEEE. The paper selection will involve a
double-blind review - the identity of authors must not be revealed,
directly or indirectly, over the course of the entire process, with
all references to the author(s)' own previous work being in the third
person. Please avoid the use of “omitted for blind review” in the
bibliography and make sure that the PDF metadata does not contain
author information. Conflict of Interest Declaration

Before the full paper submission deadline, please declare your
conflicts of interest with the TPC members on EasyChair, using the
“Declare conflict” link on the top right corner of your paper
information page. Conflicts of interest for HOST 2025 include authors
of the submission, family members, advisors/students, colleagues from
the same institution, and co-authors/collaborators in the past 48
months.
